
These are run from time to time and include 5-6 introductory sessions.
Beginners are welcome to the Mysore class, and are recommended to book at least 3 Mysore classes to experience the benefits of the method.
We offer a led primary class once a month on Sunday mornings at the Breathing Space from 8-10 am, followed by chai and discussion.

Mysore classes are our passion and regular offering. Join us for this uniquely healing and powerful practice.
Tamara is also a restorative yoga teacher who gives classes in the community and healthcare settings. She integrates her energy healing, movement therapy and meditation knowledge to help clients deeply relax. Her background in chronic pain, movement therapy and somatic enables her to offer gentle remedial work for recovery post surgery, injury and on going health.
