
Beginners can purchase a Mysore beginners pack at the Breathing Space, which is £20 for 3 classes. We recommend commitment to 3 classes so that you can get a meaningful insight into the benefits of the practice.
These are run from time to time and include 5-6 introductory sessions.
Beginners are welcome to the Mysore class, and are recommended to book at least 3 Mysore classes to experience the benefits of the method.
We offer a led primary class once a month on Sunday mornings at the Breathing Space from 8-10 am, followed by a discussion or Pranayama.

Classes from Tuesday - Friday are from 615-815am at the Breathing Space. The Saturday Mysore class is 8-10 am at Camyoga and class on Sunday is a full led primary series, 8-10am at the Breathing Space.

Tamara is also a restorative yoga teacher who gives classes in the community and healthcare settings. She integrates her energy healing, movement therapy and meditation knowledge to help clients deeply relax. Her background in chronic pain, movement therapy and somatic enables her to offer gentle remedial work for recovery post surgery, injury and on going health.
