Contact Forms

We collect personal information such as names and email addresses, when voluntarily submitted by our site visitors. The information you provide is used only to respond to your specific enquiry unless you give us permission to use it for another purpose (e.g. to add you to our mailing list).

Newsletter Sign-up

As part of the newsletter sign-up process, we collect personal information. We use that information to send you news and updates on our classes, courses and workshop and/or to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information. We don’t share email lists with any third party.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our emails and newsletters. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our email campaigns. For further information, please see MailChimp’s privacy policy.

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails, or by sending a request via our contact form.

Bookings and Payments

When placing a booking or attending a class, workshop or course, you are obliged to provide us with your name, email address and phone number. We may ask for additional information, in order to improve our services to you, but you are under no obligation to provide more.

We use a third-party booking system, bookwhen, for taking bookings together with the Stripe platform for payment processing.


Small files known as cookies, which are standard feature of most websites, are stored by our website on your computer. We do not use any information from these cookies, nor do we have access to them once you have closed your browser and stopped browsing the site.
