This beginners course will start with a 2 hour Saturday workshop, during which we will cover the basic aspects of Ashtanga Yoga (breath, bandha, vinyasa count) and prepare you for our regular Ashtanga Mysore (assisted self-practice) sessions. You will then join our regular morning sessions during the following week to consolidate and build on what you have learnt during the Saturday workshop.
This course is suitable for those who are completely new to Ashtanga Yoga, as well as those who already have some experience and would like to revisit the basics, learn the vinyasa count and/or join our Mysore (assisted self-practice) sessions.
